Design planning is currently underway for the HEIDE SPA Bad Düben to renovate and enhance the swimming and sauna area. The health, leisure, and wellness center, which opened in 2000, is to be functionally reorganized, given a more inviting atmosphere, and prepared to meet future requirements.

Plans include, among other things, a pool program with a stronger focus on health, additional sauna facilities, and better utilization of existing space within the complex. In addition, the project encompasses planning for regulatory approvals and assistance with applying for grants – an issue of central importance for many municipal swimming pool projects.
